From Ha Noi: Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island Cruise with Lunch

From 7:00 - 7:30 AM, get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and depart to Cat Ba Island. From 10:15 - 10:30 AM reach Cat Ba Island, driving on a scenic coast from Cai Vieng Port to Beo Harb.

At 11:00 AM receive a warmly welcome in the form of refreshing drink and key information about the cruise, itineraries, and other notes. Our captain steers the cruise slowly, and the poetic scenery of Cai Beo's ancient fishing village appears with floating houses bobbing along the mountainside. You will be surprised at the peaceful beauty of this 7,000-year-old village.

The cruise moves further into the core of bay where you can't help but be amazed by the phenomenal emerald water embracing hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes. At 11:30 AM savor a delicious lunch (buffet lunch is served for groups of 40 guests).

After lunch (1:00 PM), the cruise sails to Viet Hai Port. Disembark and head to the pier, where you will take an electric car/bicycle to the ancient Viet Hai Village. Experience a unique fish-foot massage, stroll through well-preserved traditional houses, or engage in conversations with local residents for a truly memorable experience.

At 2:30 PM our captain and guide will choose the best stop for the group to swim, jump from the boat, slide from the top deck, and kayak. At 3:40 PM the boat begins its journey back to Beo Pier. It is perfect time to relax on the top deck or purchase a drink from the bar.

At 4:15 PM enjoy a small sunset party with fresh fruit, cookies, and tea. At 4:45 PM return to Beo Dock, and say ”goodbye” to Lan Ha Bay. Get on the bus back to Hanoi. At 8:30 PM arrive at the Hanoi Old Quarter, ending your unforgettable journey.
