- In Mini Beach: You are free to swim, have fun, and take photos on the island. Additionally, you have the opportunity to experience exciting activities such as snorkeling to see coral reefs, parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides (self-funded).

Luggage Regulations:
Each passenger is allowed to bring:
- 01 piece of luggage/suitcase (under 16 inches ~ 44x32x22cm)
- 01 small bag (backpack, handbag)

If a passenger brings luggage that exceeds the size limit or has more than one piece of luggage, an additional fee of 75,000 VND per luggage will be charged.

Children's Ticket Policy:
- Height 1.3m and above – Adult fare
- Height from 1m to 1.3m – 70% of the adult fare
- Height below 1m – Free ticket

Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- Canceling tickets 24 hours before departure will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation requests must be confirmed via message or email by the passenger. This policy does NOT apply on holidays and Tet.

Note: Any cancellation fee will be based on the original ticket price, not including promotions or discounts, and will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
